Prompt caching

Mark the stable prefix (system prompt, tools, reference docs) for caching so repeated calls reuse it.

Cached prefixes are cheaper and faster on later calls. Claude's cache entries live at least 5 minutes (standard) or 1 hour (extended). Keep the cached part byte-for-byte identical.
